Alex Mastandrea
I was born in 1972 in the city of São Paulo, Brazil and graduated in marketing from Universidade Paulista.
I have been working since I was 14 years old and throughout this time I have had the opportunity to manage teams in the Marketing and commercial areas of large companies such as Nestlé, 3M and Cirúrgica Mafra, the largest distributor of health products in Brazil.
In 2009 I started my import and distribution company that I sold in 2014 when I decided to come and live in the United States with my family.
In 2019 I had my first contact with fiber optics and decided that I would invest and work in this industry, so I rented a truck, a fiber pulling machine and that was when the first Amt Business team started.

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR CFO
Harley Barboza Tavares, born in Vitoria, ES in 1979, I graduated from the following colleges:
Civil Engineer, Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA in Project Management
I started my story in construction since I was 13 years old with my family's company. I got a taste for engineering. Public and private works engineer, becoming director of one of the largest construction companies in ES, of medium and high standard condominiums.
I discovered the drilling market in JAN 2020, and started operating after I made an investment in purchasing a machine, after a few years of this and growing, I made a merger, and today I am CFO of Magellan Group.
